Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

To be eligible, the item must:

Be in its original condition with all tags attached.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Include any accessories or promotional items received with the order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Items without original tags or packaging.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless damaged or defective).

Return & Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange:

Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number along with clear photos or videos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect).
Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund as applicable.

Exchange Policy

If your requested size or product is available, we will dispatch the replacement after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or request a refund, subject to approval.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase whenever possible.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, NayaPay, or SadaPay after the returned item has been received and approved.

Refund processing may take 3–7 business days, depending on the selected payment method.

Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), WASAO WEARS will bear the return and replacement shipping costs.
If the return or exchange is requested for reasons such as a change of mind or selecting the wrong size, the customer may be responsible for the applicable shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the Return & Exchange Policy.
